Training and participation
Submitting an inquiry or reservation request does not replace academy enrollment documents, waivers or instructor approval. Participation remains subject to applicable academy policies and safety requirements.
SMS messaging terms
When you affirmatively opt in, Morumbi Jiu Jitsu & Fitness Academy may send account and support SMS messages about inquiries, reservations, schedules and related academy services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email info@morumbiacademy.com, or contact your selected academy. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email communication terms
When you affirmatively opt in, Morumbi may send account and support emails about your inquiry, reservation, schedule, academy location and related services. You may request that optional email communications stop by using an available unsubscribe link or contacting info@morumbiacademy.com. Transactional messages needed to complete or service a reservation may still be sent where permitted.
Consent records
Morumbi may retain the consent wording, consent version, submission source and timestamp associated with an inquiry or reservation. Accepting messaging consent is not a condition of purchase.
